Great stay with a perfect location!
I had a super comfy stay in a spacious room. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the metro. There are plenty of cute cafes around. Breakfast was a treat, especially the pastry selection! Just wish there were more dining options on-site, but overall, it was a solid choice for my trip.

Madrid vibes 🌆
Ja, the location is just lekker! Right next to the metro, so easy to get around. Breakfast was a solid jol—lots of choices and lekker coffee. The team at reception was sharp-sharp, ready to help and made me feel right at home!
The room had a bit of musty smell, but I've experienced worse. No biggie, really.

The room was larger than other Motel One hotels.
I encountered a strong sewage smell in the lobby that was overwhelming at times and made each entry quite uncomfortable. the smell in the restroom often left much to be desired, with urine odors lingering. This made it difficult to enjoy my stay fully and detracted from the hotel's overall appeal.

Motel One in Madrid delivered a good stay. The room felt spacious with comfy beds, and the bathroom was modern with high-quality fittings. The cleanliness stood out as top-notch. I loved that the hotel was brand new and quiet, despite being centrally located close to Plaza de España. The bar in the entrance lounge added a nice touch to relax after a day out. the breakfast seemed a bit overpriced at 13 euros per person, especially when many good cafes are nearby, offering better value. I noticed a lack of extra toiletries in the room, which felt a bit inconvenient. The air conditioning worked well, which is essential in the summer heat. I did enjoy the location's proximity to the metro and vibrant dining options. A separate bin for recycling would have been a welcome addition too.
